PARC Technical Services is now part of Intertek Caleb Brett  which is the world's leading testing and inspection services provider to the global petroleum, refining and petrochemical industries. An international network of over 200 laboratories serves clients located in 118 nations. Services offered include laboratory outsourcing, quality control, cargo inspection, R&D support, process & catalysis services, metallurgy & polymer testing, auditing and consulting.

PARC provides INDEPENDENT process related services to third party clients. These services are principally related to petroleum refining and petroleum based fuels and lubricant products. A growing portion of its business is also provided to various chemical, catalyst, petrochemical, synthetic fuels and other technology based industries.

PARC's varied equipment and experienced staff permit independent, confidential, timely, customized and cost-competitive studies to be developed and conducted on behalf of clients or under their project direction and specifications. At PARC, Client personnel can oversee, participate and/or undergo training onsite as a part of their project.
